Chad Brown Chad Brown began his poker career at the age of 15, playing in Italian cafes in the Bronx, New York. In 1990, he moved to L.A. with dreams of becoming an actor. Fully prepared to find employment as a bartender or waiter, Chad was pleased to discover the various legal poker rooms in southern California. He was quickly making a very comfortable living playing cash games and discovering a knack for tournaments. His various poker successes to lead him down an unexpected path to fame and fortune.

In 2002 he won the Bellagio Five-Diamond World Poker Classic stud eight-or-better event. In 2004 he won the L.A. Poker Classic stud tournament, and later that year placed second in the World Series of Poker seven-card stud event.
